The main living area feels open and inviting, with natural light, comfortable furnishings, and a gas fireplace that makes a cozy gathering place after a full day outdoors. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, with modern appliances and the essentials needed to make vacation cooking simple.

Each bedroom includes a Smart TV with Roku, giving everyone a little space to unwind at the end of the day.

Bedroom One is the primary king suite and offers a comfortable retreat with added privacy on the main floor.

Upstairs
Bedroom Two is a king ensuite bedroom with a private bathroom. Bedroom Three features a queen-sized bed. Bedroom Four has a pyramid-style bunk bed and a regular, twin-over-twin, bunkbed, perfect for the kids. A full bathroom serves both bedrooms.

We had a fantastic stay in Sun River, close to all the activities we wanted to do. The house is great, enough room for people to spread out and have some space. Kitchen is extremely well stocked, well beyond the necessities so made it easy to cook if not going out to dinner. Would stay here again!
