This was a very reasonable property for the price. I loved its location near the river, and we were greeted with a mama deer and two fawns when we arrived. The house is on a very quiet street, and as is the case with much of Sunriver, you truly feel secluded. We ran into a couple of issues regarding cleaning (dirty dishes seemed to have been put away, so we ended up handwashing dishes before using them) and the carpet was pretty thoroughly stained making us hopeful that towels and sheets had been washed, but I suspect that's a consequence of it being a pet friendly home. The bathroom amenities are pretty light. With a very generous bag of nice coffee, it was odd to be left with exactly two coffee filters stocked on the counter inviting us to no more than two pots of coffee. Pictures make the backyard appear more private than it is, but the presence of other houses were not a nuisance by any means, and we still loved the placement of the house. I've certainly stayed in nicer homes at the resort, and homes that were far worse. Response time was very fast, SHARC passes and on-property hot tub were excellent (although the tub seemed to have a small leak, so frequent filling and re-heating was necessary) but none of this detracted from yet another wonderful stay in Sunriver. My thanks for a lovely time.
