Titleist 8 is a spacious North Sunriver retreat designed for families and groups who want room to gather, room to unwind, and easy access to the best of Central Oregon. With four bedrooms, multiple bonus spaces, a private hot tub, and SHARC passes for 2026, this home offers a comfortable balance of relaxation and recreation.

The reverse-living layout places the main gathering spaces upstairs, where vaulted ceilings and natural light create an open and welcoming atmosphere. Settle in by the gas fireplace after a day outdoors, stream a favorite show on the Smart TV, or simply enjoy the slower pace that comes with a Sunriver stay.

The updated kitchen flows naturally into the dining area, making it easy to prepare meals without stepping away from the conversation. Whether you are serving breakfast before a bike ride or gathering for dinner at the end of the day, the space is well suited for shared meals and time together.

Where You'll Sleep
Upstairs
Bedroom One features a king bed, TV, and private ensuite bathroom. Just off this bedroom is a bonus sleeping and office area with a workspace and futon, offering added flexibility for guests who need a quiet place to work or relax.

Downstairs
Bedroom Two features a king bed and TV. Bedroom Three offers a queen bed and TV, while Bedroom Four includes a pyramid bunk bed and TV, making it a comfortable option for younger guests or families traveling together.

Through the garage, an additional bonus room includes two bunk beds, built-in sleeping pads, a TV, and DVD player. Please note that this room does not heat well and may be too cold for comfortable sleeping during the winter months.

Outside, the private hot tub offers a quiet place to unwind beneath the stars, while ping pong and cornhole invite a little friendly competition. Bikes make it easy to set out along Sunriver's scenic pathways, and the home's peaceful North Sunriver location keeps outdoor adventure close at hand.

With SHARC passes included for 2026, days can be as active or as relaxed as you like. Explore the trails, spend time at SHARC, head out for a ride, then return home for a soak, a shared meal, and a quiet evening together.

Titleist 8 is the kind of retreat that gives everyone space to settle in while still creating plenty of reasons to come back together.

A Note About Air Conditioning
Air conditioning is available on the upstairs level only. The downstairs is built into the sloping hillside and generally stays naturally cooler throughout the year. Fans are also provided for additional comfort.

Reserve Titleist 8 along with nearby Titleist 4, subject to availability, and keep your larger group close while still giving everyone space of their own.
