Just a short walk from Downtown Bend, is this gorgeous award-winning, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with an office. Awbrey House is applauded for its fine craftsmanship! This well appointed home features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a Wolf six-burner gas range and warming drawer, hardwood cabinetry, granite countertops and slate tile back splashes. Downstairs is a large open concept living space, with a laundry room and powder room, as well as a den. The four bedrooms in Awbrey House are located on the second floor. The Master King Suite features a beautiful bathroom with double sinks and a tiled, open shower with dual shower heads. The remaining three bedrooms all feature Queen beds, and share a full bathroom. Awbrey House is equipped with a flat-screen television, internet access, as well as a gas barbecue grill. This spacious home is conveniently located near neighborhood markets, Drake Park and Downtown Bend.

Perfect!

Our stay was perfect. The location was perfect to walk to everything we needed. The house had everything we needed to accommodate two couples and the four kids. Great space, nice bedrooms, and wonderful kitchen and dining spaces. I can’t say enough about how nice it was. Will stay here again.

Holiday getaway

We had a great time. The property was in a terrific location. It had everything we could want. Fabulous kitchen we cooked a great dinner for family one evening. House so comfortable and pretty! It felt so cozy with the fireplace on a cold night. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
