"I was attending a memorial service and the Westin was a short distance away. I also had family living within walking distance so it was really convenient. Check-in was quick and easy, but the parking garage is a bit of a mess. When staff from the nearby buildings are in the office, it can be tough to find a parking spot near the hotel entrance. I arrived at the restaurant right at opening time, and it was very confusing. There are signs asking you to wait to be seated, but then staff at the bar and walking through the restaurant acted like they did not see me standing there. There was a couple already seated when I arrived, so I was not sure what was happening. I was finally seated and then noticed the restaurant seemed short staffed. My server was taking orders, helping at the bar, bussing tables, etc. The good arrived within a reasonable time of ordering. It was hot and filling. Given its convenient location, I'd stay at the Westin again. "

"The hotel shows its age in some places but is overall a great place to stay anytime you're in Ann Arbor; Well, maintained property. It has a full service Restuarant that serves Breakfast and Dinner. Bills there can charged to room which is convenient. "

"Easy access to hotel from major roads and sites in the area. Lovely interior and exceptionally great breakfast. Room and bed were comfortable. Pool in the middle of the attrium was lovely, but upon entering the hotel, there is a chlorine odor. Our room was across from the pool and there seemed to be a dampness or humidity in the room. Our trip to Ann Arbor was to attend a wedding."
