Clean, friendly staff.

Rooms are clean but dated. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, but we just needed a place to sleep on the way home. Staff were all friendly. The on-site restaurant had a nice variety of options and very affordable. Breakfast wasn't great.

Very comfortable, clean and convenient

This was my second time staying here. The rooms are the cleanest of any hotel I've ever stayed at. I didn't find a single hair, spec of dirt, or dust anywhere! The water pressure is amazing. Overall, it was very quiet there. The traffic isn't noisy and the other guests were considerate. The complimentary breakfast was ok. They offered scrabbled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, yogurt, muffins, donut holes and cereal the one morning that I ate in there. This hotel is convenient to hikes, site seeing, waterfalls, restaurants, stores, any anything else you could imagine. It's the perfect spot, if you ask me! The staff was friendly too. I highly recommend staying here. The only turn off was that there were so many carpenter bees on the stairway of our building during this trip. They didn't sting, but they did fly all around us.

Clean, convenient and affordable.

Due to being from out of state and my participation in local running races, I have used Quality Inn extensively over the last few years. Extremely affordable, clean, friendly service and has a restaurant, convenience store and gas station on or very near to the premises. Making it very convenient. The only issue is that some rooms are showing some wear and tear and could be updated.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We struggled with the heat system. The room was very hot and set at 70 when we arrived. We kept turning it down, and the lowest it would go to was 58. The room was still very warm. So we turned it completely off. After that it was fine. And, FYI, it was 10/15 degrees ourside!! We are returning next week on our return trip. Also, we booked thru Expedia for the first night. We booked through the hotel itself for on our way back...it was $1.00 less to book through the front desk of the hotel!

Perfect stay

Booked for a wedding nearby, travelled in from the U.K. and the receptionist was really helpful finding us a room a little earlier than official check in time. Room was warm (it was -9 outside!), very clean and tidy and good decorative order. We had a fridge and microwave, 2 big beds which were very comfortable, and lots of other facilities. We liked Elliot’s bar and grill, great food and really lovely staff. All hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel for price, staff, amenities and comfort.
