Quiet, clean, private , country setting.

“Out in the country” on small, somewhat challenging roads, yet convenient- only 15 minutes to the New River Gorge Bridge and less than 10 to some popular hiking trailheads. Very clean newer home with everything we needed. Quiet. Good communication with host. Nice welcome manual with tips on restaurants and activities.

Great Stay

We had a great time at this cabin. We explored all of the New River Gorge and enjoyed downtown Fayetteville. The condo was very clean and well appointed and it worked perfect for the two of us. If we come back to the area we will stay here again for sure.

Great place to stay near New River Gorge NP

Two of us stayed in this wonderful place for 3 nights. It is a great location central to many sights and trails in the National Park. The house is very well designed and furnished. We liked the well equipped kitchen. We were sorry that the weather didn’t allow us the chance to use the fire pit or sit on the porch. The hosts were amazingly gracious helping us rebook after we had to cancel last year.

Very nice stay!

We had a great experience during our short stay here. The bed was very comfortable and the hot water worked perfectly. The kitchen is beautiful! No complaints!

Cozy and Convenient

We enjoyed our visit to the area for a weekend of hiking and enjoying this beautiful part of the country. The house was very conveniently located to many hiking trails and outdoor adventure opportunities. It was very clean and cozy and comfortable for a weekend get-away. We enjoyed the covered patio for morning coffee and evening glass of wine.

Nice cozy place to stay

This tiny home was a great place to stay for our extended weekend. Everything was good but the water temperature in the shower would oscillate between hot and cool. Overall quite happy with the house!

Perfect Place!

We came to the area hoping for hiking and relaxation in a comfortable place. This is just what we experienced! The host was quite responsive. The villa is well thought out with everything you need! Great place!

This house is awesome!!! My wife and I loved it! Great location. It’s out in the country which we loved, but so close to soooooo many things to do!!! AC works great (big plus from me haha!). Everything in house is modern and up to date. House was very clean. Can’t recommend this place enough.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. We liked the outdoor setup. Nice big grill. The bed was very comfortable and sheets. Short drive to town and bridge. Great property!

Wonderful cabin in the heart of New River Gorge.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful cabin in the heart of New River Gorge National Park! It is close to the park, great hiking paths, and Fayetteville. The check-in process was very easy & Jess and Andrew were wonderful hosts! We had a great time hiking and rafting. But mostly, we enjoyed just relaxing in this beautiful home. It was so clean!!! We had no complaints and would highly recommend!

Stout Grove June 2024

We had beautiful weather and were able to do all that we were hoping to accomplish while we visited the New River Gorge area. The rental home was just as described and Jess and Andrew have thought of most everything when builing this place! Convenient and centrally located close to so many of the most sought out activities. We met Andrew but did not have the pleasure of meeting Jess during our visit. Maybe next time...

Stout Grove is a modern cabin with all the conveniences and amenities. Jessica and Andrew thought of everything when building this. The decor was adorable with beautiful colors and pieces of artwork that highlight our newest national park,New River Gorge. After a long day out in the park, it was so relaxing to sit on the porch, grill, and get a fire going. The cabin was just perfect!

Great hiking location & awesome house!

This was our favorite vacation home we’ve ever stayed in! It’s so open yet cozy with the way it’s set up & decorated with photos from the area. Plenty of counter space, hooks to hang things, a washer & dryer, little “extras” like homemade maple syrup, bottled water & ketchup in the fridge. Coffee, cream, sugar & tea bags to boot. The mint was my fave. I was impressed with Tupperware in the cabinet along with cutting boards, microwaveable dishes & sweet family games. The beds were comfortable & fans were even available in the bedrooms if needed. We had a great fire one night & just Venmo’d $5 to the host, with the link in the welcome book & used the firewood on site. Wow! We LOVED the proximity of this place to hikes. Only 8 min away is the infamous “Long Point” hike & another fave, with 821 stairs, “Kaymoor Miners” trail. Another special one with a cool view from under the bridge was the “Bridge trail”. We also enjoyed the “Endless Wall” trail which was only 13 min away. Our last day we even got to drive the old minors road, do some rock hopping on the New River & then do the catwalk underneath the New Rover Gorge bridge! All of this was so close to the place & a quaint little town was an easy 12-15 min drive. Jessica was quick to reply & very kind. We seriously couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more. Thank you guys for creating such a sweet place for our family to make memories together.
