Great home in a beautiful neighborhood. Modern updated comfortable interior and true log exterior. We came into the area to boat on Summersville lake and raft the lower New. Check in was seamless. The house was perfect and all of the pictures are accurate.

Amazing property close to the National Park

We had a family of 11 ranging in age from late 60s to an 8 month old infant - three families in total. It was a fantastic place for our family to spend time together. Plenty of room to explore, beautiful neighborhood, great location near both the attractions and amenities like restaurants and grocery stores. The owner was incredibly responsive and communicative. We would love to come back! The only minor issue is my mom has some mobility issues so the stairs into the home were a little challenging.

Spacious family friendly vacation stay

We stayed here with another close family. Spacious vacation stay in a beautiful location with plenty in the area to keep the kids busy too. House was very clean and the communication with the property manager was excellent too. We'd love to come back again in the future!

Amazing stay close to everything

We loved our stay in Fayetteville. The house was gorgeous and just as listed; the outdoor areas were also clean and kid friendly. There were way more supplies (firewood, garbage bags, detergent) than most rentals would have. Julie was really communicative and had clearly put a lot of effort into the home. The only issue we had was the tv would frequently disconnect from the internet, but otherwise everything was perfect.

Family Christmas

This is our 2nd stay at this home. Julie is great to work with, we had a little trouble with getting our house code to work however Julie handled it in moments. There were also a couple of fire detectors needing to have batteries replaced, again handled with property manager and his team which are very responsive and professional.

Beautiful home

We had a great time and the property was great! The kids enjoyed playing in the yard. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back. The viewing area of the bridge is an awesome perk!

Excellent getaway!

The property is very nice and very well maintained. The cleaning between guests was perfect and we appreciated that the home was well-stocked with towels and paper products. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The owner was fast with communication and gave us all the check-in details well in advance. I highly recommend!

It was a great place, at a beautiful location. Property was very clean and well equipped. Everything about the property was exactly what the description as it was listed. Very close to the visitor center and all activities. We had a great time, highly recommend this place. Only wish they had one more trash bag that's all.

Beautiful and private location

The family really loved the outdoor fire pit. We used it every night to make s’mores. The kiddos really liked the tree house. The area was super private and we enjoyed walking down to the bridge overlook. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for allowing us the privilege of staying in your home

Just Perfect!

A big shout out to Julie for sharing her beautiful home with our family. It was the perfect home base with comfy beds, ample room to spread out both indoors and outdoors, and lots of extras for our grandkids (ages 10, 8, 6, 4, and 9 months). My nine-month-old grandson and I especially liked the swinging bed on the front porch for our afternoon nap! Julie and her housekeeper were also quick to send me an item I had accidently left behind.

MC trip

We are group of friends that have been doing motorcycle trips for the last 10 years. This was a great house with lots of room and beds. We had one small problem with the hot water and it was fixed promptly. I would recommend this property.

Weekend get away

This was the perfect property for our growing family. The location was beautiful and the inside of the house was just as beautiful as the outside. We did the bridge walk and went on a few hikes. Pretty views were endless!

Love this property!

Very spacious, there were 8 in total that stayed here. We had 1 toddler and he was easy to keep track of due to the open floor plan. The kitchen area was fantastic it had the cook top on the island so that we could all talk and interact while we were fixing meals. The owner of the property must be a photographer as there were many pictures hanging on the walls of scenery in the area that were just breathtaking. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here.

Gorgeous, clean, roomy cabin in nice neighborhood near town

We had a wonderful stay in this new, beautiful, spacious cabin home in a nice neighborhood very convenient to town. Pictures are accurate and beds are comfortable. Open floor plan with large kitchen and 2-story great room gives the house a bright roomy feel while still woodsy. Three bedrooms are upstairs and one bedroom is on the main floor. Fire pit was really nice with a stock of cut wood on site. We didn't have kids with us but it is fully stocked for adults and families also. We would recommend this place to others and come back again ourselves.

Beautiful House Perfect for a Group

Wow! We've rented a lot of homes over the years, and this was truly one of the best. We had plenty of room for three families with small children ranging in age from 3 to 11. The kids loved all the bunk beds, the treehouse, the large TV for watching movies, and the toys that were provided. The house was incredibly clean, the kitchen well-appointed, and the beds comfortable. While the neighborhood feels secluded, it's close to everything and only took about 10 minutes to reach a trailhead to the New River Gorge National Park. Communication with the host and the check-in/out process were easy. 10/10 would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect getaway in the mountains

We met our friends here for our spring break. The property is incredibly kid friendly- the hosts have everything you need for your family. The house was immaculate and the kitchen well appointed. We met the neighbors, too, and they were very friendly (which is nice when you have rambunctious kids). The playhouse was so fun and we loved making s’mores every night. This is the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. And the location was PERFECTION! You feel like you’re in the mountains and yet you’re close to everything you would want to do in New River Gorge!
