I have historically enjoyed my stay at double tree by Hilton, but this location was not great. I was told one thing by the front desk, only to have it reversed minutes later. The complimentary breakfast is not complimentary here, you pay $19 for an omelette. If you have food allergies, absolutely nothing will be marked with ingredients, and when you ask for a dairy alternative, the kitchen worker will look at you like you have 3 heads. Disappointed in this stay and will not be returning.

Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff greeted us every time we came and went. The location is great no matter what your stay is for in Baton Rouge! We were there for an LSU game with our grandson. He loved the room too!!

Treat Us Like A Guest

We arrived late and was very exhausted and the front desk said my reservation was cancelled and the night shift manager said she didn’t have any rooms but I explained to her me and my sons traveled all day and he was graduating from LSU and I didn’t get no emails that my room was canceled so she gave me a room for the night and the next day we had the opportunity to go to the graduation and come back to get our luggage thanks to the 8/15/25 morning shift front desk staff lady!

This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The lobby was welcoming and spacious. The room was fantastic. I loved the separate sitting area and the fact that it had a real working desk and a nice desk chair. The delicious cookie was the icing on the cake.

The hotel was great and the staff was great. I was disappointed that luggage carts were scarce. We had a car load of college things to unload. After waiting (stalking!), we finally found a man who was returning his cart. They should really have more carts. The lady at the desk said they usually run out of them.
