The room we stayed in was not very clean. We actually had to request new sheets and remake our beds ourselves with them after finding dirt smudged on the sheets on one bed and cigarette burn holes in sheets on the other bed. The second floor hallway smelled like pot - thankfully the room did not. There was trash left on the floor beside one of the beds, hair stuck to the dryer, and weird stains on the walls. That room needs a major cleaning. We only stayed for a few hours overnight since we were on the road, so it met our needs for that at least. On the upside, the beds were comfortable, staff was nice, and breakfast was good.

The customer service rep Kia was outstanding and professional and very friendly. The hotel was clean and honestly better than I expected. I’m going to book sleep inn hotels if available when I travel from now on. I stay in hotels 5 days a month on average.

Excellent value for an overnight stay.
We stayed here just for a night and found it to be perfectly acceptable. My wife and I are very clean and tidy people and we had no issues with the hotel. Our room was very clean. We even pulled sheets up and looked at mattress and pillows. Bathroom was also very clean. We stayed on the third floor near the elevators and it was overall very quiet. We could have stood to have the room slightly colder, but it wasn't a deal breaker by any means. Never turned the TV on, so can't speak on that. The front desk attendant was very sweet and helpful and took care of my check in quickly. We eyeballed the breakfast; which seemed ok; but very limited. We ended up getting starbucks lol. The hotel itself seemed very safe and well lit. Overall easy to get to and is right next to a big fancy putt putt if you get there early enough and looking for something to do. The only people who have an issue with a hotel like this are nitpicky Karens or they got an albatross of a room with issues I would say MOST of the hotel doesn't have. We would def stay here again.

I appreciated the last minute booking and getting me the best rate using my phone app. I would recommend more hooks and towel racks in the bathroom and in the room so you can hang clothes. Overall it was a great stay!

When we arrived we found out that the room we reserved and paid for in full was not available. We had to get 2 separate rooms to accommodate for the situation. We only laid for one room but we had to spilt the family for the night.
