Room was clean. Staff are friendly. However, hotel is showing age and wear. Curtains were worn and deteriorating due to sun damage. Shower faucet was leaking. Air conditioner was noisy. Dried mud and dirt in elevator lobby and inside the elevator. Wall covering in bath coming loose. Care and maintenance not up to the usualHilton standard.

We specifically wanted this hotel because the advertised they had a hot tub. Or a whirlpool tub. There's was not open. It was closed for service or something like that. We did not know that. Had we known that, we would not have wanted to stay in this particular hotel. We would have looked elsewhere. By the time we found out the bad news, it was too late All the other hotels were booked. Plus our room key didn't work. We got locked out of our own room four different times. The book this hotel over the internet. But I spoke to the reservations desk. I did not mention the idea of the hot tub, and they did not mention it to me either. I didn't think to ask. I trusted the website. I should have asked. I think the hotel was fully booked and so they didn't particularly care. I did not receive any degree of customer service or customer satisfaction from this hotel. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this hotel.

I thought the breakfast area could have been set up better. There was a coffee dispenser but no hot water dispenser, had to ask for someone to fill my tea cup. Wanted to purchase something from the small shop but there was no-one at the front desk to pay for it.

There were bugs all over my room. I’m not sure if they were crickets or big roaches, but there was about two dozen of them in there. All of them were dead, except for one, so I know that they were in there for sometime. If housekeeping Didn’t see those bugs, what else did they not clean up? On a positive note, the lady that ran the bar that night was extremely nice.

Good room, staff could be improved

The room was good and had the n cessation amenities. It was clean and the bed was comfy. It was nice that they had a lot by bar, even if the bartender had to look up how to make a basic cocktail. At least he was nice and talked to us, unlike the guy on the desk when we checked in.

Hotel Needs Updating

Hotel needs to be updated. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times since it has been built and time to update. First room I was in (room 320) had a terrible noise. In checking with front desk, they had other guests complain about it. So was moved to another room. Staff was great but hotel needs improvement. Would not consider it as a “Hilton” brand hotel unless it gets undated.

last day on a 3 week road trip was the worst day

this was an overall terriable experiance i had a delay in my arrival so i called and aske them to keep my reservation and that i would be arriving a day late (car trouble) they said they would no problem. when i arrived they had canceled my reservation, but had "only" a king suite avalialbe so i took it the room smelled bad, the freezer was so iced over the refrigerator would not close, and it had rained, the back parking lot was 90% unavalable.
