Rooms were clean and modern, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We could walk to the beach and the stop for the hop on tour bus was just round the corner. Within an easy walk a good choice of restaurants. Supermarket was just next door.

Close to shopping and the beach. Lots of food options around so we were fine not getting the breakfast from hotel. A bit far to the main attractions with taxi fare around 20e to each destination (park guell, and La Rambla). We didn't take public transportation but it may be close to subway.

Offer promise but failed to deliver

We was given a room that has an adjoining door to the room next door, you could hear every word of the guests in the room next to us, It was like they were in the same room, went to reception who acknowledged this issue (must be common) and they moved us to a room across the hall. Next morning at 7.55am, workman started renovations in the room next to ours, they were ripping out the bathroom, the noise was horrific and the walls were shaking. We were going out early that day, but still no consideration for there clients. Aside from that reception team frosty but hotel is ok as long as you don’t get an adjoining room or one next to builders works !!! There are better hotels nearby for the same cost.

Amazing 3 day stay

Our stay was amazing, staff were friendly and services was top notch Slight issue with internet but was resolved in the end Clean rooms, quiet and safe neighbourhood, great food, 5 mins walk to the metro which was very convenient, roof top to relax in the evenings and a pool, lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Amenities were in great condition I will definitely recommend.

The hotel in an ideal location for transport in and out of Barcelona city centre. The reception staff friendly and helpful. Slightly pricey for facilities and breakfast offered. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel overall is good, and the staff are warm and attentive. However, one thing must be pointed out: in Room 509, the bed near the wardrobe appeared to have unchanged sheets, with black lint and an unpleasant odor. When we lifted the sheets, there was a large, dried yellow stain left by a previous guest. The hotel management should review its cleanliness standards.

Stayed at this location for 8 days, overall it was okay. Room was cleaned almost every day. No laundry on site, don't expect it even if advertised. Reception desk, the best person was Ana- the others were not as friendly. don't call for room service. They get upset. Breakfast was okay. The views were not as advertised. the pool does not have a bar upstairs, very small. what you see in pictures looks bigger than what it is. It was close to the Metro, about 5-10 min walk, used it every day to get breakfast/lunch and dinner. It is close to the beach, about 10-15 min walk. If i were to travel again to Barcelona, just Book in the city.
