I really enjoyed my stay here. the breakfast was really good. I could walk to so many sites. The neighborhood had many restaurant choices. The metro was a short walk. I really enjoyed the quiet room and location.

“The staff was very attentive, kind, and professional, but the hotel did not have sufficient cleanliness. In addition, the shower drained very slowly and the water would not go down quickly. I believe they need to clean the shower joints more thoroughly. The beds are single; if it’s for a couple, they should provide a queen bed.”

Great family option - excellent location.

Great location. Room plenty big enough for a family of four and very clean. AC and two small balconies. Overall it was ideal. One improvement would be a fridge in the room.

The hotel is in a great location to walk to lots of dining options, gelato spots, & small shops. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The room was big enough for four. It was a bit odd to see some homeless men wash themselves in the small fountain facing the waiting lobby.

Some amenities missing but helpful staff

The hotel was nice enough but some amenities were missing. I would assume that if I am staying at a hotel there would be a mini bar fridge and water considering I was travelling in the heat of July. Every other hotel I stayed at provided this as standard. The aircon dining made the room stuffy and hard to sleep at night. Other than this the concierges were helpful and friendly.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Santa Marta. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. I will say that the rooms are quite small (to be expected though) and the bathroom showers could use more shelving. There was also no outlet in the bathroom, but overall it was great and exactly what we needed. Breakfast is an extra charge in the morning but the buffet choices were good and plentiful.
