Kind staff, quick check-in for a one night layover. Wish breakfast was jncluded in our stay as there aren't many dining options around. 7-11 was a 1 kilometer walk down a busy side street with no pavement. Gym was in good condition with enough equipment. Pool looked nice but we didn't have time to enjoy.

Con job I booked based on this hotel being at the airport; not near it. 13 minute drive and upon check in THEN told 250 baht for shuttle. Shame on you. Please don't regard me as some infrequent traveler; I've been CEO for hotel portfolio to include Marriott. I will take to every social platform to expose your pathetic facility.
