My husband snd I loved our room, a roomy suite with a view of the harbor. The personnel were very accommodating. My only criticism is that the elevator doors and doors to the fitness area closed too quickly and made it difficult for my wheelchair bound husband to use without assistance.

This was an excellent stay, close to main attractions, good amenities, very polite staff. Kids loved the pool and I liked sauna. I'd stay again here next time.

In room 328, the King 1-BR suite and double sink vanity were spacious and the shower pressure was good. The staff was helpful and friendly. Tub water took several hours to drain, sofa bed was lumpy, shower and sink fixtures were jiggly and there were stains on the carpet and ceiling.

Overall good stay. Any issues that arose were addressed with the manager Trey and resolved in a satisfactory manner. Microwave delivered to our room upon request was a nice touch for making popcorn. Pros: Indoor pool and hot tub spa (though could be kept warmer) Cons: Bathroom shower fixture releases water everywhere

Parking ought to be free or at a lower cost if we’re staying at the hotel. We’re already there to take advantage of nearby sites, stores, restaurants in the Harbor area. Otherwise you seem to great rates midweek but hide the fact that out stay is jacked up by ~$29 per day parking. Please think that through.

Second year returning to this hotel. Clean, polity staff and great value. Amenities can use some updates but otherwise we would definite stay again if we are in the Baltimore Inner Harbor Area.
