The location of the hotel is nice for exploring Baltimore's inner harbor and the hotel is beautiful. However, there is no place close by or in the hotel to buy a cold drink or snack between breakfast and dinner hours. A poorly stocked vending machine is available and, even with that, one man got something totally different than what he requested. The hotel room itself was very dark even with all the lights on.

This is a great hotel in the Inner Harbor in Baltimore! It's a classy, unique establishment. The room was very spacious with a separate entry way with a closet, the bathroom, and a fridge and counter. The room had a large TV and a desk/workspace area. The parking was extremely convenient. Be aware that there is a $100 per day incidentals charge and budget correctly! Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I'd highly recommend it if you want a comfortable, boutique hotel in Baltimore near the Inner Harbor and within walking distance of the ballpark and football stadium.

Great job, Sonesta!

Very quiet and clean. The condition of the room, bed and furniture were the best we’ve ever encountered. Eating establishments were few and far between but great proximity to the Inner Harbor with views from our room and so close to Camden Yards. We walked to the Orioles game. Great job, Sonesta!

Only complaint was the amenities that made me pick this hotel were not really up to par. Sauna wasn’t working and hot tub was not even a warm tub. Otherwise, the room, view and staff were great

Customer Service was less than satisfactory. Requested an extra roll of toilet paper and blanket but never received it despite multiple calls. Restaurant employee was not friendly and gave misinformation on dining hours. Tub drain barely worked and water pressure for toilet was low.

The bathroom was all shower floor and the trickle of water was not pleasant to shower in. The tv didn’t work no where was there an offer of the WiFi password. Then the night manager gave us an idea for late night food. I ordered and paid for, never delivered. No vending and the ice machine on our floor was broken
