Worst stay I have ever been to. We checked out after 40 mins. There was a homeless man wondering the lobby and building. The room was in terrible shape, toilet wouldn’t flush. Staff was extremely unhelpful and clearly did not care about customer experience. Travelocity was unhelpful and could not force a refund.

This hotel is in the most dangerous area of Baltimore. Please be careful. If your safety is important. This is NOT the place for you or your love ones. They don't even have parking. You need to park on street and your car would be at risk. Never ever experienced a place like this
