Biggest issue I have with this place is the parking situation. its all pay to park with 3 hour maxes, so you'll need to babysit parking at a hotel.

I don’t know where or how to begin - this was absolutely the very BEST hotel we have EVER stayed at, hands down! From the front desk manager, to the cocktail hostess, to the UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING room, to the cafe, to the cleanliness,,, it was WELL above and beyond anything we could have IMAGINED! WOW! The room was HUGE, and SUPER clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was perfectly functional and perfect. Televisions in every room, and the VIEW!! Omg, breathtaking!! Thank you for the wonderful memories!! We WILL be back, and in fact SEARCH for ‘ROOST’ hotels everywhere we travel, forever! Well done!!!

Very modern styling-cool decor. Restaurants in walkable distance. If it wasn't 20 degrees outside, we would have explored more. Mike checked us in and was very helpful: told us about things in the area, the facilities, etc. Recommend this property, especially if going on a cruise. We can see the port from our room.

I love Roost Baltimore. Quiet and safe location. The check in/out process is always fast. My interactions with front desk staff are always friendly. Apartments are always decorated nicely and super clean. Come here when you want a local staycation or weekend getaway.

I am a New Yorker that visits Baltimore just about every 4-6 weeks. I’ve been a regular at The Roost since opening. I enjoy the clean, sweet aromatic smelling atmosphere; and friendly staff. There is food & shopping now available in the vicinity too! Such a charming new community for Baltimore. It is a must stay if you’re ever staying in Baltimore.

Stayed at ROOST for a weekend staycation and had a great time. The room was clean and cozy with nice amenities but not plush or luxurious. Lovely stay with several restaurants in the area which is still developing. Parking is a bit of a hassle since you have to park two blocks away. Would definitely recommend as an extended stay option or weekend getaway
