"Our room was always cleaned late in the afternoon. No air conditioning. At first we opened the window but the noise coming from the ground floor was too loud (music, conversations, car engines, laughter), we had to contend with sweating during the night, Pillows were stinky, we cannot use them (we asked cleaning staff to smell the pillow and her reaction said it all) for them to be changed but had a stinky replacement, if replaced at all. Mattress was sliding, almost falling off during sleep. When we woke up, our mattresses were already beside each other. We only had one pillow each that was not comfortable at all (bulky and on the hard side). The salad greens (arugula) were wilted, obviously not fresh. Some reception staff were nice, but some were stone face, no welcoming smile at all."

"Arrived order breakfast day 1 130ron each breakfast great day 2 breakfast was not the best my wife ordered from al carte menu and i then got her a coffee then got my Breakfast myself ate that went up for some cakes and fruit i then finished mine joanna was still waiting asked again then was told she had to wait few mins to prepare it was lost in transit she eventually got her breakfast and was good, i then sat and watch her eat on her own apart from that it was great "

"Good location next to the metro and amenities, old town and tourist attractions (walking). Rooms are spacious, staff are excellent and breakfast was great, good selection with omelette serving station. Really good! Definitely come back "
