I booked a twin room without breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They provide both a robe and slippers for your comfort. Once booked I received confirmation of the pick up point and times of the airport shuttle. The shuttle arrived early which was great in the -2 weather, so I was able to sit on the bus and wait for the departure time. I didn’t use any of the other hotel facilities so I'm unable to comment on them.

The receptionist lady at night was very unpleasant, she always had a no for any of our requests asked other members for the same favor and they did it without a problem.
