Excellent friendly staff very clean hotel though out the only thing that could have been better was the lunch and dinner menu not much choices also I noticed pool quite cold for me and shower and bath water was just warm not hot and I like a hot bath not a warm bath.

B&B HOTEL Ipswich
Breakfast was quite good, nice pastries and yoghurts. Room was pretty simple. Bathroom could’ve been cleaned a bit better before arrival and the loo flush kept breaking so was a bit flimsy.

Best Western Priory Hotel
Our stay was great excellent value for money. Nice and clean. Everything you need. Good car parking. Good location. Some of the room was a little dated and worn but still fine. Staff friendly and helpful

Dragonfly Hotel Bury St Edmunds
No AC and room was so hot, no lift and had a heavy suitcase and lots of stairs, room service menu limited, missing items that I had to ask for. Room furniture old and dated, bad smell when you opened your room door. Would not stay again.
