Spacious Hamilton Cove Condo With Golf Cart Included.

Due to popular demand, OWNERS bought a more spacious condo (1469 square foot) for GUESTS requiring LARGE 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with OCEAN VIEWS. French doors lead to large terrace to soak in the SUNRISE and SUNSET. All units in HAMILTON COVE are not created equal but we strive to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible with amenities throughout the property available to all guests, including NEW SIX SEATER GOLF CART to use during your entire stay. *Due to our HOA policy the driver is required to be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license. The proximity of UNIT 4-13 is closer to POOL AREA and close to our other condo, UNIT 2-35 (see VRBO list no. 579841). Washer and Dryer inside the unit.

This CONDO is great for professionals looking for a getaway to soak up SUN and SEA. Also great to bring the family for quick vacation with tons of ISLAND activities for all ages.

Catalina Island is now in 3rd Level Water Conservation; we ask for our guests to please be mindful of their water use.

Amazing stay, better than expected. Photos exactly as expected and view was absolutely stunning. Private community was such a nice place to stay with a pool and jacuzzi and all the other amenities. Nice condo, very well maintained and clean. There is plenty of room in the fridge and a nice size kitchen. Beds and seating areas are comfortable. Huge balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool is only about 20 yards away. The condo came with a golf kart which was very useful in taking family here and there. Would definitely recommend.
