Great location, gorgeous views

Beautiful home with plenty of space and numerous amenities. Went with the kids for spring break and we did not get bored. The views were spectacular and everything was super comfortable. The included golf cart was everything! We were able to stay in the peace and quiet of the neighborhood but venture out to Avalon for tons of activities.

Disappointed

Not a great stay. First off we had to cut the trip short by a day and never once did the owner make any efforts to refund us. Upon arrival there were many issues. The beds are small and there are only 2. The sheets are worn thin. Several throw pillows were moldy. The place just was not up to par for such an expensive price. Will definitely not come back. Also there is no hear and when we plugged in the portable heaters the fuse blew and I could not find the fuse box for awhile and my teenage daughter and friends were in the dark.

Catalina Getaway

Loved the villa - very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Nice to have the golf cart included with rental as it is a 10 minute ride to Avalon. Great view of the water too! The property is kept very clean! Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely condominium

Lovely residence. Super close to the pool. Close to the beach. Beautifully adorned house, not cheesy. Not sure exactly how many steps but not many steps down to the gold cart (21-25?)We will surely come back and stay longer at this Villa. We love our time at Hamilton Cove and have stayed at probably 10-15 different residences. This is in the too 3 for location, cleanliness, and appeal. Thanks Amber!

Nice relaxing condo, great views!

This is a beautiful location! It was so nice sitting out on the balcony enjoying breakfast or lunch with the most amazing views of the ocean. The condo accommodates our family of 6 people comfortably with all the needed amenities to make you feel at home. The golf cart came handy for groceries but we really enjoyed the not so far walk to town, caught sights of a few deers walking off our paths. The few flight of stairs were fine for us but it’s something to think about if it’s a problem for you. Overall wonderful experience great stays!

Beautiful views & condo!

This place was absolutely beautiful! It was pretty hard to get to, we had a relative pick us up on their golf cart to take us to check in and there were no way finding indicators, we got lucky finding it. All of the taxi drivers have the property memorized though! It was well-stocked and very comfortable. The floors could use a deep clean but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful Location

This was our fourth time renting on the island and this was our first time in Hamilton Cove and was by far the nicest location yet with the best amenities. We had such a beautiful view right from our balcony! My husband and I, 2 daughters and their friends were very comfortable and were glad to be close to the pool and gym. It was very peaceful being a little bit away from the center of town but not too far. We were very glad to have the golf cart to get around but even enjoyed a nice walk to town one morning for coffee.

This place had everything we needed for our family. Adults loved it and so did the teens. Pool, private beach etc. Lots of steps and the golf cart needs some work but that was no big deal.

Hamilton cove Villa 15 was perfect

Flawless and perfect are the only words that comes to our mind while thinking about our latest stay. Property’s manager communication was great. The location was perfect for our family, just a little outside of the busy streets. The balcony was great to enjoy a drink outside with the perfect view of the ocean. Having access to a Golf cart to visit Avalon is also a great perks.

Amazing, location - beautiful views!

We absolutey loved the location. The villas were beautiful. The privacy was excellent and just what we were looking for. It is nice tk have a calm place to go after viewing the busy downtown. Such a wonderful area. We cant wait to return.

Beautiful Location and lovely furnishings too

We loved our stay here. The property is beautiful with comfortable furniture and beds. Ample bedding and amenities. The golf cart provided was also nice and had a very close parking spot. Although there are stairs to the property, there aren't as many as most.

A dream come true

The location of this property is a dream come true. The property was clean, quiet, and felt like home. The beds were extremely comfortable!! We had an issue with the golf cart and had to call the local person multiple times to come fix it. That resulted in us not having a gold cart for a full day and having to pay for taxis. So it was inconvenient and I did have to get other people on the property to help me figure out the issue. The local person did go above and beyond to help the best they could. We finally realized that the previous tenants put diesel in the vehicle which was causing it to stall. Luckily, no damage was done! It looks like a brand new golf cart. Outside of that, we had the most amazing time and would definitely return to The Hamilton Cove. If anyone is looking to stay in Catalina, this is the place.
