Didn’t give us the room that we booked. Charged us $20 for “free” breakfast when we took a small portion to our room, didn’t even take much. AC didn’t blow cold air. Would not recommend this hotel to a friend or colleague and will not be staying here again.

As usual the room was amazing! What makes us go back over and over to the La Quinta on Oltorf in Austin,Tx is the friendly welcoming staff.They really and truly go out of their way to be kind while still being professional. Me and my partner are unusual looking and we are used to being judged.It is so refreshing to be treated like human beings and I appreciate the extra effort the La Quinta staff goes to help out with whatever we need!

The toilet didn't flush well and clogged the first time I used it. The breakfast was ok. It wasn't great but it was serviceable. My key card stopped working before my stay was completed and I didn't have it near my phone so that wasn't the issue. Everything about my stay was serviceable. Middle of the road quality.
