Great hotel in a great location. From start to finish an excellent stay and we highly recommend the Frame SoCo. Lots of restaurants and shopping right around the corner. The room was quiet, comfortable, well stocked and had all the amenities we needed. Check in and out is a breeze and communication is excellent. We would not hesitate to stay here again. My wife and I spent 4 nights here for a wedding in town.

Best Stay Ever

This is by far one of the best locations /stays I’ve had in Austin. The location was perfect. The calmness and serenity is top notch as soon as you enter through the front door. Very clean and hard to leave. I have been to Austin many many many times .. and this was a great surprise. I will definitely be going back!

The Frame is top notch

We had a great experience at The Frame. The staff responded immediately to our questions. Our unit was extremely clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Linens and towels high quality. We enjoyed the private lanai. Perfect location to enjoy the music and restaurants along South Congress. We took advantage of the discounted parking in the garage next door and walked everywhere we wanted to go.

Peaceful Oasis by South Congress

It was a very "zen" place, for lack of a better word. You walk into your personal patio with the table and bamboo plant, and as soon as you open the door, you are greeted with the smell of fresh cut wood. The decor is spare, but beautiful, with a skylight in the bathroom. The grounds are also peaceful, with lots of fountains and seating in the courtyard. This peaceful feeling is vey necessary when you go out into the traffic and business of South Congress Street.
