we booked a room with king size bed, through Expedia. On arrival we were given room with 2 queens. Front desk said that Expedia must have offerred us a room for which they had no inventory and that it was Expedia's fault. This is pretty shabby. Other than this, our stay was fine.

This hotel is not worth the price. During the cold night, a significant amount of air came into the room because the door has a large gap that needs to be fixed. It was supposed to be a smoke-free area, yet someone was smoking in the hallway. If this hotel wants to continue charging these rates, it needs serious upgrades.

The stay at the property was average. The hotel is old. We had to request new linens, however, the staff granted us another room due to the lack of cleanliness in our first room. The elevator was out of service in the garage. I would not stay here if I had to stay more than a night.

We had a great visit at this double tree. I personally am a double tree frequent flyer and always enjoy the cleanliness and vibes of the bar/restaurant. My only complaint here was that the cookies were not as soft as the tend to usually be. Other than that its was perfect. Thank you to the staff for accommodations!
