I had one big issue with this property and that's when you check in that there was no space in the parking lot and I had to pay $25 a night to park and walk 5 minutes in the pouring rain. We checked in late at night. The staff explained the parking and to be honest if I would have known that I wouldn't have stayed there because the night we went it was absolutely pouring and I was soaked walking to the parking lot which is at least a good 5 minutes away.. Breakfast is outstanding. The rooms are beautiful. There was lots of options for breakfast It was like being in a restaurant.. Nice little swimming pool outside and when we checked in they gave us a bag with some water and pretzels which was really nice.. Aside from the parking it was a nice place to stay

This hotel was amazing and a nice stay however it’s the parking and having to pay for it. I was advised of a $25/daily rate. I was told there is also a $100/daily incidental rate fee as well. So a $300 hold was placed on our credit card. Upon check out I was thinking I would pay only $75 WRONG. We were charged double daily rate for each day so $150!!!! I called the property and was given then run around by the front desk. For this to be a lovely hotel in a wonderful area their PAID parking is non sense. I want my money back in full because this is completely wrong. If there is paid parking then fine but atleast charge the accurate fee.

The toilet in my room had very weak water pressure when flushing, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the customer service during checkout could have been more courteous and welcoming. Please also note that parking is not complimentary—there is a $25 daily fee, which was not clearly disclosed on the Expedia website. Overall, my experience was a little disappointing. There is definitely room for improvement in facility maintenance, guest service, and transparency regarding extra charges.
