Ebony at the front desk was wonderful!! Great personality and was very efficient checking us in. Only complaints would be the rooms and hallways are aged and quality of the rooms, i.e. the towels , bedding, window shade was tattered and torn, etc. were not the quality of any Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at. Just old. Very average hotel room. Room was clean.

I enjoyed my stay very much! The room was very clean, the complementary breakfast was amazing, the staff were very kind and willing to always help, and the parking was very convenient! The hotel is close to lots of restaurants in walking distance, which was a huge plus! The rooms are nice and quiet! Definitely will be coming back whenever I’ll be in Atlanta. I highly recommend this hotel!

Every staff member we interacted with was absolutely lovely. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the MARTA tram that takes you downtown and the airport. Quite a few restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Felt safe walking around at all hours of the day. Rooms were clean and have everything we needed. Would stay here again. Free breakfast was always good every morning.

Overall a decent hotel

Clean room. Staff was great except during checkout. Construction in the area made walking uncomfortable and inconvenient. Good that Publix was very close. Parking garage smelled like a dumpster.

Clean room. Front desk quest services were excellent. I wish I got the name of the gentleman who checked us in. He was a rock star! . Stedman was exceptional during checkout. He was swamped and still managed to be extremely polite and helpful. I would certainly stay here again.
