AC was not working in my room, door key does not work most of the time, but the bedroom was spacious. Only 2 elevators serving a 17-floor building. Breakfast is okay. Location is excellent, close to a train station going to the airport, and several attractions within a reasonble walk.

When we got there at 6:30 ish they did not have my room ready. Check in was at 4 and they plenty of time to have one. They told me to either wait 40 mins for the room or give me another room ready for me if I would like it(it was 2 twin bed)and I said yes. But, as I was waiting for them to hand me the keys to that room. I can see from the look on the clerks face that they couldn’t do that for me. I had somewhere to be so I told them I’ll be leaving to give them more time to prepare the room for me. I would have loved to get the travel air off me and take a moment to get me stuff ready before leaving and that did not happen.
