The Location of the embassy suites was great, especially if you are going to the aquarium- you can literally walk across the way, but know that you will be stopped multiple times along the way and cussed out if you dont give money, but being from Philly I am used to this. The breakfast was poor for embassy suites, they didn’t have many options for those who have food allergies & the lines were astronomically long, even on a weekday. The rooms were clean, great for families, only option for parking was valet which was $55 dollars a night. My favorite part was the Ruth Chris attached to the hotel- had an excellent meal & they have a Starbucks attached as well. There is a sweet woman who works at the little market in the hotel who made our trip a 10/10 as well.

The front desk agent that checked us in was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. That was about the only good thing I can say about this property. Housekeeping is another story. On our last night, we were not provided ANY clean towels. They did not leave us any toilet paper as well. My son was sleeping on the couch in the living room and housekeeping completely ignored his area. Breakfast? My daughter had a made to order omelet and decided to get a second one. The employee who was making omelets felt it was necessary to scold my daughter, in front of other guests, for requesting a second omelet. We did not see any posted advisements that guests were limited to only one omelet. He embarrassed my daughter and told her if she wanted another omelet, she would have to wait till the next day. Very, Very Rude gentleman. No space to eat breakfast. People were sitting in chairs with plates on their laps. Right before nine a.m., my son was in line to get food and started serving himself some scrambled eggs. A staff member observed my son getting food and proceeded to remove the rest of the food trays so my son could not serve himself some hashbrowns or sausage links. No regard for customer service. No utensils so I must have asked four employees if I could get some silverware. I waited for about 10 mins waiting for utensils. Nobody seemed to care. I would not stay at this location ever again. I was so disappointed with this Embassy.

Mackenzie was very professional at the front desk and we were able to check in early. She also remembered us the next day. There was a male clerk, older, who was working the night shift that was completely opposite of her. He judged me by the way I looked and you can tell it on his face by the way he looked-digusted. I lost my driver's license and he was no help whatsoever. Mackenzie needs to train him in customer service. Next year is the World Cup and if he continues to look down on people, he needs to look elsewhere behind the scenes. Just because I am Asian does not mean you can look down on me and not offer any assistance.
