Some of the front desk staff were not friendly. A bit sad you have to pay extra for access to the pool. This should be a standard offering and its hours were quite limited. The buffet and food options were pretty good. The restaurant staff were fantastic.

Slope access was excellent ski in ski out. Receptionist was Brill and sorted out an issue upon arrival with great skill. It's quite a steep walk up and down to shops and bars so be prepared for that.

My biggest complaint was the room cleaning policy, which requires you to vacuum and mop the floors, dust everywhere, and clean the kitchen and bathroom upon check-out, otherwise you risk losing part of your deposit. I would prefer the cleaning fee to be included in the room price by default."
