Linnhe Lochside Holidays
"We had a wonderful stay at Loch Linnhe. Myself, my partner and our two children and our lovely dog. The reason for the trip was for our son (14) and his two friends to climb Ben Nevis. We met up with these two other families we know, and all enjoyed time together. We were so fortunate with the weather, ..."

The Garrison
"The hotel was unfortunately not as I expected, it was a place to rest my head but I expected more for some reason. I had the impression it was a converted jail house or Garrison with a little history and character, unfortunately it had neither. It is however in a good location on the high street ..."

Ox Hotel Spean Bridge
"Walking into the hotel. You hear the jiggling of faeries, walking into the room feels like a Swedish Lodge, the bathroom brought back a memory of Greece. Plenty parking."

The Royal Hotel
"Pretty good location right at one end of town with tons of shops and restaurants, easy walk to the waterfront. The hotel is a little run down but has character that I found sort of charming. The room was basic but clean and comfortable with everything you needed. For a budget stay this was a good choice overall. We were disappointed with parking, although it is clearly described in the post that parking is limited, so we knew it could be an issue going in. Their lot is small and chaotic around the corner from the hotel -spaces aren’t really marked and it was full when we got there. The staff did direct us to a paid lot down the street, but we ended up finding a spot on the street and were able to top up the meter frequently enough to make that work. If you want guaranteed parking stay elsewhere (again, all described in their listing)."
