This property advertises a hot tub and there is not one on site. The hallway smells of marijuana and the rooms are way outdated and dont work properly. I would not stay here again.

I always stay here and like it but this time there were people slammjng doors comjng in and out all day and night. Hard to sleep and i left tired. Its not the hotels fault but those people on my floor were insufferable.

Horrible conditions, plaster on the ceiling and walls jetted tub had scum coming out of the jets leaving white floaters. Plugs have no cover plates. It looks like the room is under construction. The pool room wasn't accessible,garbage all over the property.

Dirty. Bathroom shower had hair in it. Run down hotel conditions. Walls are thin, heard the room next door all night. Pool was not available to use which was one of the reasons I booked was to use the pool.

This place is a nightmare!!

We got there and they didn't have our room booked. Sent us to the hotel nextdoor, they were connected by the pool area as they share a pool. Was told the pool was closed for maintenance. So also couldn't use the hot tub. Black mold growing on bathroom ceiling. First night only had one local channel on the TV. Asked them to fix the TV so we had cable as we left the next morning. Came back that night and couldn't get in our room. Apparently the person that checked us in when we got there only charged our credit card for one night instead of the three nights we had booked online. So we had to deal with that and get new key cards made. Finally in the room want to relax and watch TV. NO CABLE STILL. Walk all the way to the front desk AGAIN. Attendant comes to the room and shows us that the cable box is BEHIND the TV stand. So you have to stand in front of the stand and lean over the TV with the remote to change the channel. You can't just change the channel from the chair or the bed. You have to actually get up and do acrobatics to find something to watch. We stayed three nights, four days. They never cleaned the room, changed the garbage or brought clean towels the entire time we were there. Unidentifiable and concerning stains on the walls and ceiling. Heater/AC didn't work properly. No coffee pot in the room as stated on the website. Mini fridge was lukewarm at best. The two hotels share one parking lot with only about 15 parking spots. Terrible experience!! Don't waste your $!

This hotel is often very clean and I don't recall the last time that I stayed here that I noticed any unattended to minors and the staff is friendly. I also like that it is near decent shopping and dining. It is not very difficult to get to the university from there either and it is quite convenient for my too long delayed inconvenience to have had my regular travel planned commute delayed unexpectedly.

Shame on Expedia to allow such a hotel to be in the list of suggestions. Wyndham hotels are very poor ones. The hotel carpets has not been steamed or replaced since forever. All plumbing does not drain including the toilets. The first time ever I stay in hotel and I have plunger in the bathroom. You can plunge for 15 mins and cannot make the toilet running. The first hotel ever does not have coffee machine in the rooms, chest of drawers, soap on the sink as well as body wash shampoo which when asked for was provided.

Room was clean and ready, check in/out were quick and easy, and parking lot is huge with easy access to main roads to get to AA/Ypsi. Balcony door didn’t lock but I was on the second floor so I still felt safe. If you need an easy get in/get out hotel, this works well. Just don’t expect fancy amenities or a full continental breakfast.

I didn’t stay I left due to room smelling like smoke and it caused issues with my husband’s asthma. It was supposed to be non-smoking wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there

I paid for a jacuzzi room, the jacuzzi was broken, there was no plug for it, and the water on/off is half attached to the wall. Not even given a discount on the room since I paid EXTRA for a room with a jacuzzi, I should havr only had to pay for a regular room.
