I stayed at the Bicycle Hotel for 8 days in what I was told was their smallest room and it was really cute and cozy. The location is super, very close to the metro/trams and city center is very walkable. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Amsterdam!

All of the staff are wonderful, the rooms are small, but functional with a small sink and mirror, and small TV, a balcony, very clean, and the breakfast is simple but good and very appreciated. I would stay here again. You will enjoy your stay more by talking to other people staying there.

Friendly hotel!

Our second booking this year. Really nice and friendly staff. Good location and easy to rent a bike. The stairs are pretty intense so make sure you’re fit!

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff

The hotel was in a great location to visit Amsterdam- near a metro station and also walking distance from canals and bridges. Breakfast was not a huge spread, but enough to take you through to lunch. Rooms were clean and (private) bathroom fairly modern. The stairs were extremely steep so be careful if you’re bringing large suitcases with you! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. A great place to stay and the layout downstairs makes it easy to meet other tourists.

The staff are all so incredibly friendly and helpful - they can advise you on everything from transport to museums. We had a private bathroom and it was very clean and all worked perfectly. Lovely area, so much to do within that area and the restaurants are incredible!

if you're going to charge ridiculous Amsterdam prices you need to provide at least basic amenities: clean bathrooms and functioning Wifi. Isa is kind and friendly, location is terrific, next time I will stay elsewhere

Omg i would totally stay here again!! Gabrielle have us amazing service... so accommodating and nice! The room was clean and the beds were so comfy!!! I slept like a baby! Great location and great value.

What a cozy little hotel!

What a cozy little hotel! Well located, extremely clean, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast. The only thing to know is that the stairs are quite something. But for all the rest, top notch stay. Absolutely recommended for friends and family trips. Will definitely return there in my next trip to Amsterdam.

Fantastic basic hotel if you can "climb" stairs!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Bed are so comfy. New en suite shower room. In a youthful vibrant area. Easy metro and bus access. Lots of restaurants. BUT steep stairs, by which I mean VERTICAL hand rails. So if a climb is Ok, then book it!
