Rooms and property were very clean and the location is perfect. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great coffee in the lobby. Of course being in Amsterdam the building itself is old and the property condition is not perfect but nothing to complain about. The beds were ok, not the most comfortable but not the worst. We did not eat the breakfast but it looked fresh and sufficient. The free coffee was really good. The location was great. The staff very helpful. The beds very comfortable. Unfortunately, room 5 was basement level underneath the reception so there was lots of noise at night, some from outside but mostly from the upstairs talking, chairs, walking, etc. We had to sleep with ear plugs.
