I could not get the TV to work and the staff just ignored me. I went down to the front desk three times and the girl behind the desk said she could not find me! Seriously? I gave her my room number. I never did get that television to work. If the television is going to be so difficult for some—they should provide instructions. There are a lot of choices in Amarillo and that would never be somewhere I would stay again. The beds also are very uncomfortable. The mattress was way too big for the platform it sat on.

This is an older property so there are signs of wear and tear. The bathroom ceiling in the room had big mold spots that should be wiped clean. Otherwise, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool had tumbleweeds and trash in it from the recent wind storm that blew through town, so we decided not to swim. The breakfast was good with lots of variety - eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fruit, pasteries, and yogurt. The yogurt is in a machine and stuck in a corner so it wasn't easy to spot. The check-in process went smoothly. The staff were friendly.

The service was great! Check-in was a breeze. Didn’t check well enough and didn’t realize it didn’t have an elevator. The room was clean and good size. However the tv didn’t work and the drain in the shower was broken. Good pet area for dogs.

It was pretty loud. They can’t help all the trucks going by on I40, but for some reason the toilet would loudly fill about every 5 to 10 minutes. Also, there is a light that only dims when you turn the switch off; it doesn’t turn off. It was too bright to be considered a night light.

Everything was great. The television system leaves something to be desired. There are two remotes, one for the TV and one for Dish. It takes both to make it work but there are no instructions on how to operate it. Very frustrating. Everything else was ideal.
