"Would be a 9* review however both nights we were woken at 6am by a gym class playing very loud music on the floor below. Staff dismissive and disinterested when we complained. Hotel is probably ok if you have a room on the 3rd floor, or on the side of the hotel not above the gym."

"Rooms are lovely. Beds were comfortable Breakfast was really tasty The only issue we had is we parked at the car park at the back and the only way to get to the hotel reception was up some steep stairs at the side of the building or a long spiral staircase. My mum who’s 76 really struggled with the spiral stairs and her case. :( have a buzzer entry system here so people can get in and use the lift."
