The sofa bed sheets were so dirty that they hadn't been replaced, and there was no cover. The night-shift staff member continued to complain, saying it is not his job. The day shift manager's response was very satisfactory. he offered a sincere apology and some form of compensation. This is a hotel I would visit again, except for the night shift staff.

I stay here regularly and havent in the past had any complaints. This latest stay the food was terrible. Cold, looked if it had been pre made and microwaved. Rice and chips all stuck together. The Saturday night there was no full menu.

Very cold room with no real way to warm it up apart from advice to open the window. The duvet was inadequate and more like a sheet. Far too thin for Scotland! Staff were lovely and helpful but food was not good. Definitely won’t be returning and will not be recommending.

Good clean value hotel

Good welcome from staff. Had to make a change to the room and it was completed in seconds. Bar was well stocked and not overpriced as some hotels. Didn't visit the gym as only there for one night.

Hotel after a late flight.

First time using hotel at Aberdeen airport. Good location - easy accessible bus to city centre and 10min walk to terminal. Room was clear and temperature was acceptable. Bonus, bar was open until midnight so time to have a pint following a late flight. Plenty choice at breakfast
