Great hotel and service!

This is a really nice hotel - very well-laid out with good parking and access. Within the lobby area are various games and activities which help to occupy younger guests. The staff are very friendly and supportive and overall the atmosphere is great. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and very tidy. We had an issue with disturbance from another guest’s room which, once flagged, was fairly dealt with by the hotel team. We make periodic trips to Aberdeen and will continue to visit this hotel when doing so.

Lovely hotel

Friendly staff, nice clean room and excellent shower and bathroom. Dog friendly :-) Bathroom was on the smaller side but no issue. Bed was comfy and overall lovely hotel would stay again.

Odd check in and checkout system.

Handy 8-10 min walk to the airport. Dining options available. Checkin was odd and off putting. I didn’t like having to checkin at the bar. I felt like I was having to wait to place a drinks order. My room was quiet, but the bed cover was thin and the bed felt like there was a plastic sheet under the bottom sheet as it made odd noises every time you termed in the night. However, the hotel served its purpose for my flight to Europe the following day. The smokers at the front door were awful. Surely they could be moved along somewhere else!

I had a great stay at the Moxy, The staff were excellent, the evening meal was very nice. The breakfast was pricey at £15.00 and not that great but all in all a really good stay and will definitely be back.
