Step outside and take a leisurely stroll to Lexington Park and Lehigh Park, both within walking distance from our home. Enjoy the great outdoors and all the green spaces Albany has to offer. And for those who love college towns, we're just a 20-minute drive from Oregon State University (OSU), and 9 minutes from LBCC (Linn-Benton Community College)
Need to stock up on essentials or do some shopping? Our house is conveniently located near mall and several stores and restaurants so you won't have to travel far for anything you need:

This four-bedroom home offers a spacious master suite upstairs, featuring a king-size bed, full bunk bed with pull-out trundle, day bed with pull-out trundle, and an ensuite bathroom.
Downstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms with a king-size bed and a bedroom with one queen and one twin bed.
The open floor plan includes a fully stocked kitchen and fun entertainment such as Nintendo Wii, console, and books.
The kitchen comes equipped with basic:

The side yard has a charcoal grill, and the backyard provides ample space. The rental includes toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, kitchen soaps, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and free snacks and coffee K pods ( but not unlimited) .
We also provided a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, blow dryer, high chair, and a ball pit with 500 plastic ball pit balls for your little ones.
- We only have one security camera outside of our home - on the garage door, facing the parking lot with motion sensor. The camera will be on during your stay recording video and audio when there are motions. The camera is there mainly for security and insurance purposes.

There is the possibility of noise from nearby freeway traffic . We will not refund for noise complaints. The outside noise is beyond our control.

No parties
- 10pm local noise ordinance. All outside noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 pm. This is strictly enforced.
- no smoking/vaping inside the home.
- Please reach out ahead of time if you plan to have visitors.

Great size

Hung’s house was a great size for 3 couples and a family of four (with two young adult children). Arrival process was easy with the door code. The house was big enough for all of us (esp appreciated a dining room table that can seat enough for the amount of beds). Location is what you’d expect in the OR suburbs, which as perfect for us.

Plenty of sleeping room

We are a big group of singers and we needed a place to stay for our competition in Salem. Everyone had somewhere to lay there head at night and all the beds were very comfortable. The only thing lacking is the cooking equipment. There were no pans big enough to make a meal for a group the size of ours.
