"The hotel was fine, in a good area, and the breakfast was decent. Overall a good stay. EXCEPT - the "virtual card" that the property uses to charge Hotels.com had issues so they charged me the entire cost of the stay after it was prepaid. I don't know if this was the property's issue or Hotels.com, but it was definitely annoying."

"Property had not received our booking but luckily they had availability. Room was clean, staff were lovely and well meaning but we were given wrong information about breakfast. Don’t stay there on a Monday night- no dining options open and you have to go into town (the Mexican restaurant in McRae has average food but the biggest beer we’ve ever had) We were told they served breakfast on a Tuesday morning but discovered that was closed too so another trip back into town (found a family diner which was fun)."
