What a fabulous venue for a staycation. The Mayfair was outstanding in every aspect. The roof top bar was a lovely ambience even with rugged winter weather outside. The Den was a lovely space to chill, and the room service breakfast was excellent!

It wasn’t a very pleasant experience. The staff was a bit rude. We arrived very late due to flight delays and when the staff at the front desk is unwelcoming, it spoils the stay even more.

Our 2 night stay at the Mayfair Hotel was great and very close to the shopping mall. The staff were very friendly and nice and very efficient. My only complaint is the bathroom shower in room 606 not enough water flowing out and very frustrating when you want a hot shower after a long day out.

The Internet in our room did work at all for 3 nights 4 days. We complained but nobody came to look or tried to fix it. We asked to work in the business centre which was impractical and not private for sensitive calls. The Mattress was also too soft on the edges and gave us back ache and bad sleep. This is my 6th stay and the other 5 were fine

Very, convenient position. Right across King William Road from Rundle Mall. Beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds, lots of good fluffy pillows. Really helpful staff and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The only 1 issue that came up was that our coffee maker Did not work, possibly because it was a delongi machine and Nescafé pods. This will be our go to hotel from now on. Fabulous Price. Basically we had a lovely time.

Great stay in queen bed room. Quiet room, although on Hindley St. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Fresh coffee stain on quilt in room which appears an oversight but had us question the cleanliness of the room.

Sadly the Mayfair has gone downhill. Our room had a lot of noise from nearby roads. $100 per night bond is taken. Also there is no pillow menu as advertised, we barely slept for our weekend as the pillows were essentially bags of air.
