Loved this apartment we had a corner property second floor overlooking the street which was lovely to open up and enjoy a book feeling outside when not. Kitchen very small but had everything we needed only shop for a day or two. I liked the open plan main bedroom and beds were very comfortable. Only downside the bathroom would smell when left first day we got back it was awful, I worked out to spay it out and run all the taps before leaving and asked them not to open the door again, when we got back in the afternoon I would again spray run the taps and toilet and we kept the door closed it was no problem then. Options for coffee downstairs which was great, the free bus service is right out the front. Priority was very quiet no traffic noise and we often walked to the city it’s a beautiful area.

The apartment was clean and there was plenty of room for 2 adults and a small child. There was a washer and dryer which were convenient for us but no dishwasher unfortunately. The apartments are next door to a family friendly pub, 5 min walk to parklands, and a 3 min walk to cafe’s on Melbourne St. We liked that the buildings were set back from the road, this meant the apartment was quiet and our child enjoyed riding their scooter around the courtyard between buildings. Staff were very helpful, calling to confirm the day before and ensuring parking was available and the sofa bed was made up for our child. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will return and it’s such a convenient yet quiet location, with excellent value for money.

Room was clean, fresh towels provided most days. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Room needed fans to circulate air (felt a bit stuffy with just aircons on). Kitchen could do with some baking trays or glass dishes for the oven, we could not cook what we wanted due to not having the right kitchen items.

Overall a comfortable stay. Only negatives it was a bit noisy in the second bedroom, and the bathroom setup was a bit awkward - shower over bath; it would have been better if the shower was at the other end of the bath to save getting around the toilet and the glass swinging panel. Would still again.
