Ill start with the positives. Rooms were a decent size, bathroom was amazing, new modern features. Good size balcony, staff friendly and attentive. Now for the negatives, considering this particular Quest is only 6 months old, I question where they got the beds & pillows from. The most uncomfortable I have ever experienced. I had to go buy a pillow! The secure parking is ridiculously overpriced & no concessions for staying 7 nights or more. Location is horrible, photo's & map on website very deceiving. Website also says sound proof. If someone can explain which part was sound proof I'd really appreciate it because I could hear the child crying most of the evening! If it was located somewhere else I would stay again.

Our recent stay at this property was deeply disappointing and fell far short of the expectations set by the premium price point. From the room allocation to the general upkeep, the experience was characterized by a lack of attention to detail and poor management. ​Key Issues Encountered: ​Room Allocation & Cleanliness: Despite booking a room with a balcony, we were assigned one without. The room itself was not well-maintained; the fly screens were filthy, and the window panes were visibly unclean. ​Facility & Equipment Failures: * The dryer was faulty, triggering an error alarm every 10 minutes and requiring constant manual intervention. ​The dishwasher was ineffective, and the provided cutlery and crockery were in poor condition. ​Essential supplies like laundry powder and dishwasher liquid were inadequate, and no complimentary bottled water was provided upon arrival. ​Safety & Disruptions: Our stay was marred by two early morning evacuations due to fire alarms being triggered in guest rooms, which felt like a significant lapse in site management. ​Location: Prospective guests should be aware that the hotel is situated in an industrial area. At the time of our stay, the surrounding grounds were covered in mud, making for an unappealing and inconvenient exterior environment.

Room was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable. Check in staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning was hit and miss, cleaners did not replenish coffee, left dirty towels and did not replace towels, so had to go to reception to rectify. Rooms were not serviced on public holidays yet there was no discount on the room rate for those nights. Hallway from the lift to the rooms had a very bad smell.
