Property fails to describe inclusions correctly for so called “Special Rates” directions for parking options not clear. Breakfast is restaurant not room service (again not stated clearly) room and hallways have watermarks on carpets everywhere, has not had a paint since WW2. Especially loved the 12.30am delivery of room service (not ordered by us). Property has seen better days and in today’s world is really a dinosaur. Won’t be back.

This hotel is one of my favorite places to stay. The General Manager and his staff are incredibly kind, professional, responsive and caring. I've been staying at this hotel for years and the service, location, supremely comfortable rooms and excellent facilities are reasons I keep returning.
