"I had a great stay at Hotel Heiss by Jalo in Medellín. The hotel was beautiful, modern, and very clean. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and many popular attractions, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. I also loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel—it felt safe, welcoming, and stylish.
