Super sad to announce that I won't stay any more in the Heiss Hotel, I stay from the 22th to the 4 of November, I always broth lots of friend and Family, I stay 2 weeks and rent 4 rooms for one week and then 5 rooms on the second week to celebrate my friend birthday. In my first week I stay in the 5th floor by the way the room was 519 the bed was infected with an insect that bite you and left you with painful Migrant Larva running under her leg skin and some other places in her body and was very painful and I was scare trying to find out I went with to two dermatologist that we visit and cost me lots of money to find what the heck bite my wife, I went lots of time to the front desk to talk to the front desk Hotel manager and guess what she or he never to talk to us ! they said it was out of town, they did not care was my impression ! It was nightmare, and the medicine cost me couple of hundred dollars, and like I said the hotel manager did not care! I when I was talking to the guy in charge in the front desk. I heard the room services manager telling him that it was not the first time that was happening and she already told the pest control guys to take care of the problem! then I knew something was wrong. I have and Reservation for December next month again but will move to another place! No doubt the personal and people are very humble, service is fantastic they treat you awesome, but the manager need to confront the problem, not to hide!
