"Everything was excellent until our last day. The night before or check out, I spoke with the staff at the front desk to request a late check out. I was told that we could check out at 12pm with out a problem. The next day, my kids me and my grand mother went to the pool. Around 11:15 my Grand mother went back to the room to get ready to leave and found out the her key card was not working. We contacted the front desk to ask what could happened? and the lady told us that the check out was at 11:00 am. I told her that we requested a late checked out and she told me that the hotel was overbooked and the latest check out was at 11:30 am. We asked to open the door to take our belongings. She told us that it was ok if we needed more time. Other wise, the rest of the staff was very nice and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The only problem I saw was the leaking water around the amenities, some people smoking marihuana around the property and the loud people making noise passed midnight."
