"Hotel is beautiful. Its exactly what you’d expect to find in Greece. Staff was nice and helpful. Reason for 3 stars: The room was very spacious but cheaply built. "We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was amazing, we wanted to stay longer! The food is delicious (some of our best meals were at hotel), service is excellent, beach is wonderful. They are beyond accommodating regarding food restrictions and allergies and make modifications AND remember your restrictions. Staff will serve food and drinks at beach. We had a delicious welcome cake at arrival. The ONLY thing was the plunge pool the room has is not heated. I hope to come back!"

"We had an excellent, if short, stay. The hotel should really be 4 stars, hands down. Room (suite) was impecable, great furnishings and bedding, staff accommodating and free parking very convenient. The location is as best it can be, right in the harbor, with magnificent views. The only place we will consider if we return to Chania."

"Very well located hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, could have had greater variety of breads, hot dishes and juices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside was that the aircon had been switched off all over the hotel so had to keep windows open which meant there was a lot of noise from the street. Two of the rooms had sinks outside the bathroom"
