Our stay at the Chania Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary! The hotel is impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located—everything you could want for a stay in Chania. But what truly set this experience apart was the incredible staff, especially Demos. From start to finish, Demos went above and beyond in every way imaginable—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. He continuously anticipated our needs and made sure our stay was perfect. His dedication and warmth made us feel like we were staying with family rather than at a hotel. We also had amazing interactions with Nadia from the breakfast team, who was kind and welcoming, and Maximus at the front desk, who was always helpful and professional. If you want a hotel where you feel truly cared for, in a pristine and convenient location, Chania Hotel is it—and Demos makes it unforgettable!

One of the best in Chania

Very comfortable and beautiful stay. Excellent location! Great shower room. Comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast. Stay here is one of the highlights of the trip. Highly recommend. The only note is the room I had was decent size, not spacious but good enough to put luggages.

Staff were rude and not helpful. Deliberately made you wait to check in. Offered some people welcome drinks but not everyone. Room was motion censored for AC so if you were sleeping it would not come on and it would get very warm. Scale did not work low on battery. Came into the room even with the do not disturb light on, which they pointed out to you so you know they use it. Location was perfect!

Beautiful hotel in great location

This hotel is right in the centre of Chania in a perfect location - it's a short walk to the main harbour and only a few minutes away from the bus station if you're planning day trips further afield. Breakfast was beautiful and the service was brilliant with everyone we interacted with in the hotel. A couple of small downsides - the gym is very small, and the indoor pool is in a bit of an odd place as it's in the restaurant! We would definitely stay again.

The property at the heart of Chania. Excelent location Outstanding service. Really 5 star hotel The room has a bit strange design, but overall experience is good. The hotel parking is outside, and you must leave the keys at reception.

This hotel was an extremely lucky find! Their rates are great, it's a new build and the design is very modern. the smart features in the room are a great touch and work flawlessly. the internet is great. one of the best things is that hotels always suck with room lighting. this place definetly does not. I loved the relax lighting options as well. my bed was also pretty awesome :) firmness varies from person to person but for me it was just right, and the sheet quality was awesome. I think above all the staff is helpful and kind and that really made me happy. As others have said the location is also very convenient.
