From securing fantastic restaurant reservations to arranging taxis and helping with every request we had, their genuine hospitality and attention to detail were second to none. The combination of the hotel’s historic charm, unbeatable central location, and world-class service made this an unforgettable experience. "The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. Great bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Kind, helpful staff. The area around the property was wonderful, with plenty of restaurants and tourist sights within walking distance. The one thing that was a bit difficult was the fact that there is no elevator, so you have to haul your bags up multiple flights of stairs. Otherwise, an excellent stay."
