"The place is awesome, near to the charles bridge and everything, no need to transportation. just five-ten minutes walking. really recommend. only problem the receptionist was drinking beer, sleeping and we had to wake him up. but it doesnt matter, the hotel is great."

"Room was clean, staff was not very helpful, when checking out we ask to organise transport to the station and the staff was not able to help and she told us we have to arrange by ourselves at the last moment and we was not able to find any taxi so we have to walk to the train station by ourselves with our languages and my husband had knee replacement and we were really very disappointed with the front desk staff. And also they was no laundry in our room. Fasle information was advertised while booking our hotel."
