The location is good as it’s walkable to most attractions in the area. We appreciate how polite the staff are. The breakfast buffet is simple But they are sufficient to get us through the day. Quite sad we were not able to use the spa as we only stayed for a short time. Also, we are thankful that we were able to store our luggage as we spent our last day exploring. Will recommend.

The hotel is beautiful, but what makes it exceptional are its staff,very perfessional and very helpful, I cannot say enough about the staff should it be the front desk, the bar, breakfast buffet staff is exceptional, housekeeping are so polite and helpful, If you are looking for a very wonderful stay in Prague and a place to taken care of. Minutes into the old town and shopping, You need to visit this hotel and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

We enjoyed our stay, room was cleanly and the hotel itself was really nice. Was a fantastic location, was near the main part of the city but also was far away enough that there wasn’t any noise from the street. The one issue we had was the walls in the room were presumably pretty thin, as we could hear other people going in and out of the lift early in the morning. Even if they spoke at a reasonable volume we could hear it clearly. Once everyone was in their rooms it was fine, just in the hallway and lifts it was distracting. Altogether I would reccomend the hotel, the bar was lovely, room was clean, bed was comfortable, is a fantastic location and is good for the price, and the noise in the morning wasn’t a huge issue👍

We had a great stay, rooms slightly smaller than expected but clean and had everything you need, breakfast was good, and a nice touch was the bottle of fizz for my daughters 18th, also free mulled wine in the lobby. Excellent location for exploring the old town, I recommend this hotel and would stay again.
